In Zagreb Antonia Letini\u0107, editor-in-chief of the online publication Kulturpunkt.hr<\/a>, will prepare a tailored made visiting program of main contemporary art insititutions, museums and galleries. Antonija Letini\u0107 will as well present KURZIV \u2013 Platform for Matters of Culture, Media and Society<\/em>, Kulturpunkt’s Journalistic School ‘World of Art’<\/em> and programme Criticism \u2013 Past, Present, Future<\/em>. This will allow an insight into the vision and current trends in Croatia and will act as a networking opportunity.<\/p>\n

PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n

9 am: Departure from Ljubljana<\/p>\n

10 am: Bauhaus \u2013 Networking Ideas and Practice (BAUNET)<\/strong><\/em><\/a>,\u00a0Museum of Contemporary Art, Zagreb<\/p>\n

The exhibition Bauhaus \u2013 Networking of Ideas and Practice (BAUNET) will present the oeuvres of artists, architects and designers from Croatia and the region who studied at the Bauhaus, the most influential international school: Otti Berger, architect Gustav Bohutinsky and Ivana Tomljenovi\u0107 Meller from Croatia, Avgust \u010cernigoj from Slovenia, and architect Selman Selmanagi\u0107 from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Apart from the students\u2019 works, the works of their professors, renowned artists who lectured and led workshops at the Bauhaus, will also be presented: Marcel Breuer, Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Hannes Meyer, L\u00e1szlo Moholy-Nagy, and Oskar Schlemmer. The exhibition will also include the concepts and educational methods of the School.<\/p>\n

COLLECTION IN MOTION<\/strong><\/em><\/a>,\u00a0Museum of Contemporary Art<\/a>, Zagreb<\/p>\n

“Wishing to re-define the semantic potential of the term permanent display and make the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art accessible at one single display point, in the new museum building by architect Igor Frani\u0107, we have coined a new term: Collection in Motion”<\/p>\n
