OnCurating, Issue 14: From the World of Art Archive<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The cooperation between the World of Art<\/strong>, School for Curators and Critics of Contemporary Art (SCCA–Ljubljana) and the Postgraduate Curatorial Studies<\/strong> of Institute Cultural Studies in the Arts (Zürich Art University), has taken place on different levels from January 2011 till July 2012 in the frame of a project ATOM²<\/a>. It has involved intensive visits of students and lecturers in both cities as well as a shared project that was carried out at International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) in Ljubljana.<\/p>\n

The project concludes with special issue of an international web-journal On.Curating<\/a><\/strong> (published by the Postgraduate Curatorial Studies of Institute Cultural Studies in the Arts), focusing on questions around curatorial practice and theory. <\/p>\n

Issue 14, edited by Saša Nabergoj<\/strong> and Dorothee Richter<\/strong>, presents the selection of articles taken from the World of Art Archive of lectures and conversations from 1997 till today under the title From the World of Art Archive<\/em>. Texts, conversations that we have compiled from an archive of school’s diverse activities are bringing together a variety of curatorial approaches, reflections and questions dealing with the potential and impact of curatorial and critical practice in the shifting grounds of the world of art in the last 15 years. All of them were first published in the World of Art Anthologies<\/a> and are still available on our archive web page<\/a>.
\n In this issue one can read contributions from internationally active curators, critics, theoreticians and artists: Boris Buden, Eda \u010cufer, Clémentine Deliss, Charles Esche, Charles Harrison, Mike Hentz, Oliver Marchart, Suzana Milevska, Saša Nabergoj <\/strong>and Dorothee Richter, Nora Sternfeld <\/strong>and Luisa Ziaja, WHW, Miha Zadnikar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
